TRP Consulting is involved in the ongoing redevelopment work at Newbury Racecourse.
The redevelopment works have been designed to provide: better access, remodelled stables, replacement workshops, racecourse retail facilities, saddling boxes, a new parade ring designed in a natural amphitheatre with better sightlines and a more picturesque setting for winning horses, the relocation of pavilions, a new stable hostel and a 120 bed hotel with associated parking. The new Rocking Horse Nursery has been designed as a purpose built facility. The golf course and parking are located within the racetrack. In addition, a range of residential property is located trackside.
