TRP Consulting worked with a number of partners on the development for Westmorland Limited. The partners include Buro Happold, Glenn Howells Architects, Pegasus Planning Group, Robert Bray Associates, DTA , Frank Whittle Partnership and Hoare Lea.

The project broadly comprises the development of the north and south bound motorway service areas and slip lanes onto the M5 motorway. The service areas were designed to include an amenity building incorporating a cafe, a unit for takeaway food and hot drinks, toilet and shower facilities, a tourist information point, retail outlets, kitchen and storage facilities, a fuel station including forecourt, shop and parking, LGV amenities building, parking facilities for car passengers, coaches and caravans, LGV’s and disabled parking and an outside picnic area with outdoor play facilities.
