The 8 storey reinforced concrete frame is constructed off a raft slab at basement level. The scheme has been developed to align structural grids for the four main vertical zones: basement, hotel public areas, hotel bedrooms and apartments. Thereby removing the need for expensive and time consuming transfer structures.
