A new concept in sports and entertainment contained in a 43,000 square feet basement unit within the Printworks development in Manchester. A series of stairs, ramps, balconies, podiums and galleries provides dining, drinking, gaming and viewing areas. The design has been developed in conjunction with Canadian Designers and Executive Architects to produce the scheme’s complex internal structure. The fit out works will cost in the region of £6.5m including extensive alterations to the existing structure and floors.
