A new development of residential apartments designed by OMI Architects and constructed on a brown field site in Chorlton, Manchester. The three storey units have cantilever stud balconies and decorative lead cladding to part of the external elevates. The load beam masonry was supplemented with stud work support for the balconies and lead cladding.
