The ground floor consists of 6m high workshop areas, the first floor contains all teaching and office spaces, a mezzanine floor links the two with teaching and heritage spaces. The proposed development includes car parking for 195 spaces and includes soft and hard landscaping of the site with associated drainage and lighting.
